1. Enrollment Policy

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of course fees.
• Students are required to provide accurate personal information during enrollment.

2. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow students, instructors, and staff.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.

3. Access to Course Materials

• Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent from ZARADU EDUVENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Access to online course content is granted for the duration specified during enrollment.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Refer to the Refund Policy section below for detailed terms.

Refund Policy for ZARADU EDUVENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Eligibility For Refund

• Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
• If a student cancels enrollment within 30 days of the start date of the course.
• If the institute cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If technical issues or administrative errors prevent access to course materials and cannot be resolved within 30 business days.

2. Refund Timeline and Percentage

• Within 15 days of the course start date: 80% refund of the course fee paid.
• Within 30 days of the course start date: 60% refund of the course fee paid.
• After 30 days of the course start date: No refund applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Cancellations made after 30 days of the course start date.
• Failure to attend classes or utilize course materials.
• Violation of institute policies or guidelines.
• Completion of more than 20% of the course content.

4. Refund Process

1. Submit a written request via email to with the subject line Refund Request.
2. Include the following details:
   • Full Name
   • Course Name
   • Date of Enrollment
   • Reason for Refund Request
3. Attach any supporting documents (e.g., payment receipt).

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise requested. Additional bank processing times may apply.

6. Partial Refunds

If a refund request is approved after partial utilization of course content (less than 20%), a prorated refund may be issued, deducting the cost of accessed content and administrative fees.
