Refund and Cancellation Policy

Checklist for Refund

• Eligibility: Refund eligibility is determined by the timeframes and conditions specified below.
• Non-refundable Items: Certain products, services, and charges (e.g., examination fees, administrative fees) are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Cancellation: Cancellation procedures include associated fees and specific requirements.

Refund Timeline and Percentage

Refund requests are processed based on the timeline of the request:

• Within 15 Days of Course Start Date: Eligible for an 80% refund of the course fee paid. Applicable regardless of course progress, provided the request is made within the first 15 days of the course start date.
• Within 30 Days of Course Start Date: Eligible for a 60% refund of the course fee paid. Refunds for requests made between 16 and 30 days are applicable if less than 50% of classes have been attended and all materials have not been accessed.
• After 30 Days of Course Start Date: No refunds will be processed for requests made after 30 days of the course start date.

Refund Process

To ensure efficient processing, follow these steps:

1. Submit Refund Request:

   • Full Name
   • Course Name
   • Date of Registration
   • Date of Refund Request
   • Reason for Refund Request
2. Verification: The team will verify the date of registration and refund request to determine eligibility.
3. Approval and Processing: Once approved, the refund amount will be processed according to the specified percentage. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-9 business days.

Important Notes

• Course Start Date: Defined as the date when course materials are made available or the first class is conducted, whichever is earlier.
• Non-refundable Charges: Charges such as examination fees, administrative fees, or other specific non-refundable items will not be included in the refund.
• Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are only available if less than 20% of sessions have been attended or if not all course materials have been accessed.
• Transaction Fees: Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation of Access: Upon processing a refund, access to all course materials, online classes, and related services will be terminated immediately.
